Every day, approximately 320,000 colleagues go to work with a collective focus: our patients. To support our colleagues' overall health and well-being, we provide free and confidential counseling services, tuition and student loan assistance, retirement and financial planning resources and other benefits.

We are proud of the impact we have in our communities through employment, investment and charitable giving. In 2025, HCA Healthcare provided more than $61 million in enterprise giving to community organizations. In addition, HCA Healthcare pays significant taxes that help revitalize communities. We incurred $8 billion in federal, state and local taxes in 2025, including $3 billion of income, property, sales and use taxes. We also delivered charity care, uninsured discounts and other uncompensated care at an estimated cost of approximately $4.5 billion in 2025.
