In 2024, HCA Healthcare provided more than $48.5 million in enterprise giving to community organizations. In addition, HCA Healthcare pays significant taxes that help revitalize communities. We incurred $7.2 billion in federal, state and local taxes in 2024, including $2.6 billion of income, property, sales and use taxes. We also delivered charity care, uninsured discounts and other uncompensated care at an estimated cost of approximately $4.4 billion in 2024.
